Founded in 1994, Uncle Bobs Bakery has grown from a small family bakery to one of Australia’s most awarded artisan operations. At the heart of it all is our team, highly trained and eternally passionate with exceptional technical expertise, ensuring quality and consistency, backed by knowledge, not guesswork.

Our Belmont store sits in Belmont Shopping Village, while Thornlands is located in Crystal Waters Shopping Centre.
